Fairs & Classes and Shows

One joy of being an artist and especially a printmaker is being able to share my work with others. Printmaking is a medium of communication, and it is always great having the opportunity to send my prints out to the world. On that note, there are a number of exhibitions in the coming weeks and months that will include some of my work.

A view of last years Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair, at Powerhouse Arts

Opening on Thursday April 9th through Sunday April 12, 2026 the Brooklyn Fine Art Print fair will be displaying some of my prints through three different spaces, with the Society of American Graphic Artists, Kentler International Drawing Space, and the Manhattan Graphic Center Juried Exhibition . This is the 2nd Annual Fair, with the last one being a wonderful celebration of local organizations, artists and small publishing houses all coming together to show and educate about printmaking. This year will have fantastic representation of contemporary mokuhanga, and is a great opportunity for those interested in the medium.

Mokuhanga Workshop at Kentler! April 17 - 19th, 2026

April continues to be busy with the following week being a 3-day Mokuhanga Workshop at Kentler International Drawing Space in Red Hook, Brooklyn. I will be co-instructing this course with three master’s of the medium, April Vollmer, Patty Hudak and Florence Neal. There are still spots open for the workshop, and details can be found here.

Hida, 2026 - Reduction Mokuhanga on Kizuki Washi

And lastly, I was very honored to find out that my print “Hida” was accepted into the 2026 Boston Printmakers North American Print Biennial. Held roughly every two years, the printmaking biennial is a celebration of some of the best contemporary prints from across North America, with this years show being juried by Ester Adler, the Curator of Drawings and Prints at the Museum of Modern Art. (MOMA) I plan to travel to the opening in September, and am excited to see the collection and meet many other artists in the show.

As always, a huge thank you to everyone for your support, inspiration and kindness. Its always a joy being part of the wider print community and having the opportunity to share my work.
